To become the preferred dialogue-partner of the Government of Ghana on bills and draft policies in the process of being approved and passed, as well as, in their various implementations to the extent they affect European business, trade and investment by pro-actively developing sound, respectful and productive relationships with the relevant Ghanaian authorities, organizations and associations both public and private.
To promote trade, services and investments between the Republic of Ghana, the ECOWAS Region, the EFTA and the EU countries.
To act as the representative on common interests of the Members and to carry out business advocacy activities on their behalf.
To co-operate with any institutions, societies or chambers having objectives altogether or in part like the Chamber, including, but not limited to, European chambers and associations established in other countries.
To provide a constant link between the European Union Delegation in Ghana and the business community in Ghana.
To facilitate business networking for small, medium, and large enterprises including multi-national companies in cooperation with local national chambers, recognized national business groups and the EU delegation.
To provide access to local market knowledge for members, European companies in Ghana and investors from the European Union.
To advocate European quality standards, best business practices and corporate social responsibility
To collect and analyse information and statistics for the purpose of offering perspective and context for the members.
To provide monitoring of Free Trade Agreements and identify problems hindering dynamic development of trade between the EU and Ghana.
To lobby resolving trade barriers for European companies operating in Ghana and provide assistance to Ghanaian businesses to take advantage of the benefits of entering EU markets as and when Free Trade Agreements are implemented.
To actively assist Ghana in the development of the ECOWAS and AfCFTA markets.
To promote and support vocational training in Ghana as an important part of the foundation for the furthering of trade and investment between Ghana and the European Union businesses.
To report and create awareness about the importance of intellectual property rights and patents.
To undertake EU funded projects with the highest level of professionalism and integrity in support of EuroCham mission, vision and objectives.
The pursuit of a company-specific agreements is not included in the responsibilities and activities of EuroCham, all activities must be to the benefit of a group of companies.
